This recipe is utterly cinn-AMAZING! 

With only 3 ingredients, it is the perfect post work out snack!

I present to you favourite way to eat apples.

To make my sticky cinnamon apple protein snack, you will need:-

  • Peeled and sliced apple
  • Protein powder
  • Cinnamon

Method

  1. Put ingredients into a bag and shake
  2. Best enjoyed after the bag has been left in the fridge for a couple of hours
