I present to you favourite way to eat apples.
To make my sticky cinnamon apple protein snack, you will need:-
- Peeled and sliced apple
- Protein powder
- Put ingredients into a bag and shake
- Best enjoyed after the bag has been left in the fridge for a couple of hours
